Learn the new way to play the "D" chord.






This is a bit of a stretch for your fingers, but with practice, you can do it.
Move your "D" chord up one fret. This is an D#/Eb major chord
Move up one more fret, and play the "E" chord
Move up one more fret, and play the "F' chord.
Keep moving up the neck to play other chords using your movable "D" chord.
With the movable "D" chord position you can play these chords:
"Eb" "E" "F" "F#" "G" "G#/Ab" "A" "Bb" "B" "C" "D" at the 12th fret.
